New professionals in the HPM team

We are pleased to announce the arrival of four new professionals to our HPM team ready to bring new expertise to our journey of growth and innovation.

Andrea Anceschi brings with him a background as a former National Gymnastics athlete and extensive experience as a coach. Currently, he is the Federal Coach of Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Coach, and head of the Trampoline department at the historic Reale Società Ginnastica of Turin. Thanks to his sporting career and deep knowledge of athletic training, Andrea is a highly valuable resource for our team, capable of combining high-level experience with advanced technical expertise in athlete management.

Giorgio Ripamonti, professor at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, teaches the “Theory Tech. Teaching of Individual and Team Sports” course. Giorgio is a FIDAL (Italian Athletics Federation) specialist coach and is part of the national technical structure as both coach and trainer. He has coached Olympic athletes in 400m hurdles. With his academic and practical approach to sports, he is fundamental in enriching our educational offering and bringing new strategies to sports training.

Pablo Ayala Iacucci, an osteopath and athletic trainer with proven experience, Federal Coach for FISI as an athletic trainer, has worked as a trainer for the FISI (Italian Winter Sports Federation) Alpine Skiing National B Team, and currently holds the position of Return to Play Manager at Atlantide Pallavolo Brescia Serie A2. His expertise in winter sports disciplines and his ability to combine science and sports practice represent great value for HPM, especially in the context of physical preparation and prevention.

Filippo Furbo, graduated in sports science and currently completing his physiotherapy degree, has a sporting background ranging from football to karate. Filippo is a 3rd Dan black belt in karate and a certified FIKTA instructor, as well as a goalkeeper coach at ASD Giovani Portieri and holds the UEFA B coaching license. Thanks to his deep knowledge of this specific and delicate role in football, Filippo is a key element in developing targeted and personalized training programs, with the aim of optimizing our athletes’ performance.
