HPM arrives at Forte Village: a new partnership for body regeneration

High Performance Method lands in Sardinia, at Forte Village, a resort acclaimed as the best in the world. A magnificent corner of earthly paradise nestled in fifty hectares of Mediterranean vegetation on the southern coast of the island. Here, among gourmet restaurants, unspoiled nature, and an amusement park, stands Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa, a center dedicated to thalassotherapy, a practice which aims to care for the body and that harnesses the beneficial powers of the marine climate and seawater used at different temperatures and salinity levels. An extraordinary method invented by the ancient Romans capable of detoxifying, rejuvenating, and enhancing the organism.

From the desire to enhance the offerings to the wellness center guests, the new alliance between Forte Village and High Performance Method was born: the ancient thalassotherapy and 2.0 training coming together for the first time in the service of people. In particular, the High Performance Method team operates within the Performance Centre of Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa, a space dedicated to professional athletes and novice sports enthusiasts looking forward to improve their athletic performance and discover new training formulas.

There are three innovative paths offered to all Forte Village guests based on a revolutionary approach to fitness that combines physical and mental activity to optimize athletic performance at all levels.

HPM Talent Garden
HPM Talent Garden is a path designed for all young people who want to discover and enhance their skills. The package includes a series of tests that assess the management of imbalances, the quality of movement, and basic coordination skills.

HPM Biomechanical Assessment
Designed for athletes of all levels, HPM Biomechanical Assessment involves conducting all tests related to the mobility and efficiency of the musculoskeletal system: movement dynamics, posture, strength, mobility, reactivity, and the management of key sensory stimuli.

HPM Functional Assessment
Useful for sports and rehabilitation purposes, HPM Functional Assessment is a knowledge-based path suitable for everyone, where the individual’s fitness, physiology, and potential abilities are investigated. This is achieved through a thorough analysis of body functions: flexibility, reactivity, stability.
