Corporate welfare format for psychophysical well-being in the workplace

Promoting the psychophysical well-being of people working in corporate environments: this is the goal of the Corporate Welfare Format, an innovative training program supported by the scientific evidence of High Performance Method. It offers a sports-oriented experience aimed at promoting well-being and counteracting stress in the workplace, fostering collaboration and cohesion within teams.

The project is divided into two programs. The first focuses on personal exploration and improvement: through a combination of physical and mental activities, participants are guided by the HPM Lab in a journey aimed at enhancing individual well-being, which in turn promotes better interpersonal relationships. Psychophysical balance contributes to greater mental and physical stability, thus creating a more harmonious work environment.

The second program is based on combat dynamics and includes elements such as breath control, balance, and the ability to clear the mind, which are applied to everyday life and within the corporate context. This approach helps participants face daily challenges with determination and resilience. The program aims to prepare participants to tackle both work-related disappointments and victories with a resilient mindset.

Both programs are designed to increase awareness of one’s capabilities and to effectively manage stress, fears, and anxieties. By creating more positive and healthy work environments, it is possible to foster increased company productivity.
