About us
La nuova visione dello sport
High Performance Method is a concept that focuses on high performances for a new vision of athletic training and functional recovery. A methodology with new training trajectories and dynamics based on reliable scientific evaluations. HPM is much more than just a professional gym or rehabilitation centre. It is a training philosophy.
For over 15 years, founders Stefano Maldifassi and Luca Temperini have been experimenting and developing new evaluation and training methods in the professional world of national and international sport (Serie A, Premier League, Ferrari, FISI, FIS, FISG), gathering a treasure trove of expertise and information that has enabled them to create unique pathways of expertise.
Mission
Our mission is to be the link between a sub-optimal state of health and ideal health by developing new high-tech evaluation and training methods to guide individuals and athletes towards reaching their maximum potential.
Vision
Our vision is to globally disseminate this philosophy aimed at supporting professional athletes, sports enthusiasts and patients in overcoming their limits, facilitating recovery from injuries and pushing each individual to be fully aware of their own psychological and physical potential.
